At Avera, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or return. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for review.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@getavera.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Depending on the nature of your request, we may ask for supporting photos or a short video demonstrating the issue.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or stops functioning as described, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
To process your claim we may require:
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A short video demonstrating the defect (for example, showing that the light does not turn on or function correctly)
Once verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. A return of the item is not required in these cases.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind or the product is not what you expected, you may still request a return under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- A refund will be issued within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
As an alternative, we may offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the item price without requiring you to return the product, at our discretion.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
We are unable to process refunds in the following cases:
- The request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery
- The item shows visible signs of heavy use or damage caused after delivery
- Proof of the claimed issue cannot be provided when requested
- The request is deemed abusive or part of a pattern of repeated claims
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@getavera.com with your order number.
After 24 hours, your order will have entered processing and cancellations can no longer be guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different color or variant, please return your original item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Chargebacks
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback is filed after a refund has already been issued, or without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide all relevant evidence to the payment processor.
We always encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and efficiently.
